Martha Asencio-Rhine is a photography intern at the Tampa Bay Times and a senior at USF St. Petersburg where she majors in journalism and works as photography editor for the student newspaper. She is married, has two school-aged boys and has lived in St. Petersburg for most of her life, previously immigrating from the Dominican Republic.

This historic property, known as the John Wright House, sits on 35 acres and is the last home from the community once known as Rosewood.
