Recall issued for hamburger and hot dog buns

Florida is among the states affected by a recall of hamburger and hot dog buns because pieces of hard plastic may be found in them.

Consuming these products may cause a choking hazard, according to the U.S. Food & Drug Administration.

The buns, made by Georgia bakery foods manufacturer Flower Foods Inc., were distributed under a number of different brand names, including Publix, Great Value (Walmart), Wonder and Nature's Own.

They have "best-by" dates of July 18 or 19 depending on the brand.

Customers should discard the products or return them for a full refund, according to the FDA.

Here's a full list of the products recalled.
